Girls, I lost 3 pounds last week, but I'm starting to think my scale just has a mind of its own. I have obviously built-up a little muscle in the 3 months I've been working out, but the scale still says that I have MORE body fat then when i started. Hence, I am ignoring that particular part of the scale.
I am, however, starting to think that the whole weight/building muscle thing is the part that I have been lacking. Perhaps I'm on the right tract folks.
Of course, maybe I'm not. Won't even be surprised if I stick to my little regimen and by the end of the week I've gained 5 pounds.
Busy week, we have our church party at the end of the week... and that's always lots of work and fun. Our activities comitee is a heavy decorator and people, I have one word for you -- Christmas tree chandalier. Anyone wanna come?

That is so awesome! I absolutely believe in weights/strength training and we try and get in 2 - 3 sessions a week that are 30-45 minutes long. I noticed once I added this in consistently a couple of months ago I started having higher weight losses and consistent drop in clothing sizes. Other WW folks have said the same too. Hope it works for you too!
It's true. I need to get out my weights. Sigh.
