A New Recipe

Does anyone else love Chevy's Tomatillo that they serve with their entrees? I do.
I was looking on all recipes and found this recipe
Sweet Corn Cake
I made that along with some pre-done soup from Costco. A tortilla chicken soup.
Nice dinner, kids loved it and so did I.
The corn cake is a tad labor intensive (putting corn in the food processor is the big problem, plus you cook it in a hot water bath), but worth it... for something different.
