- 10 Minute tidy. This is a must. I set a timer for 10 minutes and just run around the house putting everything away and making mine and P's bed. I feel like after doing this I'm set for the days. On days this doesn't happen (which is super rare) I feel dis-com-bobulated, 100%
- Figure out what's for dinner. This is a high priority on my Astrid. I just need to get stuff out and thawing, otherwise I just want pizza hut. No bueno.
- Laundry is done every day except Sundays and Wednesdays, I know giant laundry days work well for some people. I am not one of them.
- 5 Minute Tidy -- I try to set the timer later in the day for 5 minutes and just re-tidy. Why does everyone have to leave everything out? Including me, to a lesser extent. I'm just saying I feel like 80% of my job is just picking up after people. It is highly annoying, but if I can corral it into these two fast "blitz's" I feel better about my life.
I am a true believer that a clean house helps everyone relax and feel at peace more. If I could get even an ounce more peace in my house by keeping it clean I'd do it religiously. Oh wait, I already do. :)
